IF: Surrender

Sometimes life puts you in situations that you can't ignore, and there's no way out of them unless you surrender. In most cases, the symbol for that is waving a white flag. In other cases, it may be a banana. For instance:

(Desperate times call for desperate measures.)

And in other news, I got some a nice little something in the mail a couple of days ago that I'm pretty excited about it:

These are some promotional mailers that I've been trying to get printed for a while now, and wasn't having much luck on the local scene. So I opted for Overnight Prints and I couldn't be happier with them. To tell the truth, I think they got the colors downright perfect. So now, I'm addressing envelopes and slapping some stamps on 'em to see about drummin' up that biznass.

It's a front and back thing. ...So it's like a 2-for-1 sale!

I'll bring one when we come next week!

(you don't have to give me the dollar)

Love this week's IF and your promo cards look amazing. I don't know which is my favorite. I love the colors in the rooster.

Promo cards are really cool,I like the one with the old man.

Really good illustration here,

Thanks guys for that encouragement! It's actually two sides to the same card, so its good to know that both sides are appreciated!

Love your work. So glad I stumbled (my nontechno term that fits) on your blog. When I was reading your comments on the mailers, I was thinking to myself, 'Overnight prints!' but you already found them. They are a great outfit.
Your colors are wonderful as well as your style. I'm a fan!

Thanks so much, Robin! Yes, Overnight Prints did an amazing job for me...I think they made them look better printed than they looked on the computer! I love your work, too! Looks like 3D illustration, which I think is awesome. :)
